Membership and Programme Coordinator

The Role:
As the Membership and Programme Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in uniting leaders from the international connectivity and digital infrastructure ecosystem. Join a dynamic, fast-growing team, perfect for entrepreneurial individuals in the tech or telecoms industries passionate about cross-industry collaboration.
- Work with CEOs of major international telecoms carriers.
- Contribute to industry transformation and global digital infrastructure development.
- Engage in cross-industry collaboration within the tech and telecoms sectors.
- Enjoy a flexible work environment with a 4.5-day week, open to international travel.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead onboarding of new community members.
- Maintain high member satisfaction and act as the primary contact.
- Coordinate internal teams for event organization and content creation.
- Manage project deliverables related to programs and working groups.
- Lead ad hoc projects across the team.

- 3-5 years of membership and project management experience.
- Experience in building and managing partnerships.
- Familiarity with C-level stakeholders management.
- International business mindset and exposure.
Desirable
- Previous event management experience.
- Worked in an organization with an entrepreneurial/start-up mindset.
- Background in technology, telecommunications, or digital infrastructure.
