They specialise in organising industry-leading HR and skincare summits and conferences, creating memorable experiences for their clients. The team is known for being results-driven, personable, and fun-loving, contributing to their uplifting and collaborative company culture.

The Role:
As a Marketing & Events Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in the success of their events and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Operations & Business Manager, you'll be involved in various aspects, including digital marketing, social media, operations, and logistics. This full-time, office/home-based role includes occasional overseas travel for events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Copywriting for email campaigns/mailers (SendInBlue)
- Social media management (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Graphic design for event materials and social posts
- Producing and updating sales and marketing materials
- Researching and qualifying new business opportunities for the sales team
Event Operations:
- Supporting pre-event, onsite, and post-event tasks
- Researching and sourcing suitable speakers for event programmes

About You:
Our client seeks a sharp, graduate-calibre individual with a strong interest or experience in marketing/events. To be successful, you must demonstrate:

- A creative mindset and flair for innovative marketing approaches
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills (essential)
- Effective multitasking under pressure
