We think it's important to develop relationships with our clients. We will want to meet you, wherever possible, to ensure we fully understand your business and your recruitment needs.
Once we have taken a full job brief, we will start the search process. The starting point is our extensive database of conference and events professionals, built up over years of working and specialising in this sector. If we can't find the perfect candidate from our database we don't stop there. We will use our contacts and networks to continue the search and will also use external resources, where needed. This could include advertising your vacancy at no extra cost to you.
- We meet all candidates face-to-face to assess experience and suitability and check eligibility to work in the UK
- We can run group interviews to speed up the recruitment process when necessary
- We can host interview days at our office, where you will be able to meet potential candidates in one go and focus on finding the right candidate, saving you valuable time
