Relationship Account Executive

The Relationship Account Executive will play a key role in the hosted buyer team and requires a proactive and confident approach to building new relationships as well as developing existing ones. The role will be approx. 60% administration and 40% relationship management – so you’ll need to be meticulously organised, with great attention to detail as well as having those all-important people skills!



Key Areas of Responsibility

Account management / Sales

  • Deliver excellent client care through an in-depth understanding of intermediaries and buyers, what are their needs are and how to work with them effectively.
  • Provide strong account management skills in dealing with international markets.
  • Responsible for developing in-depth knowledge of relevant international hosted buyer markets and constantly seeking opportunities for new business.


  • Competent at using various systems and a willingness to take on innovative technology.
  • Responsible for the administration involved with your hosted buyer groups including hosted buyer approvals, travel requirements and refunds.
  • Keeping company systems up to date with communication updates from all clients.
  • Managing administrative tasks required by the relationship management team on an ad hoc basis.

About You:

  • Proven experience in providing international account management.
  • A natural planner, who is reliable and determined.
  • Confident communicator at face-to-face events, email and over the telephone.
  • Accurate, precise, and methodical.
  • A positive outlook and focus on customer service and experience.
  • Hold an opportunistic mindset and actively seek out new connections and collaboration 
  • Openness to continually expand and learn new skills for you and the team.
  • A high level of quality, detail and accuracy is required.
  • A high level of organisational skills is required including the ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously – especially during busy times in the lead up to the shows

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000
