You’ll need to be comfortable dealing with senior decision makers both on the phone and face-to-face. We are looking for a real go-getter with entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional people skills, and ready to go the extra mile.

 

 This job role includes:

  • Researching hot topics and industries and identifying key sectors to sell into
  • Cold calling new sales leads
  • Account management with current clients
  • Making between 80-120 calls per day
  • Running the conference and exceeding clients’ expectations on the actual day of the conference
  • Marketing and copywriting
  • Working closely with the marketing, production and operations team.

To be a successful candidate you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a B2B sales role (ideally in Conference/Exhibition sales)
  • Goal oriented, entrepreneurial and excited to hit the phones and find new business.
  • Be hard working, resilient and positive. We are looking for a real go-getter.
  • High energy, versatility and a good team player
  • A decent academic background. Excellent writing skills. Articulate, with gravitas.

Salary: £20,000 – 30,000 + bonuses
