Customer Service Manager
Sitting within the event operations team, you will be responsible for the customer service process for all their main events.
A big part of this role is delegate registration and data entry and using Salesforce CRM. Attention to detail is crucial for this position!
You will get an opportunity to travel and be onsite for the bigger events in Europe and Middle East.
They are looking for a confident communication: excellent written skills, telephone manner and all-round good interpersonal skills and positive attitude. A strong sense of team work is also a must!
