Independent conference company specializing in the European Energy sector are expanding and searching for a bright engineering graduate who is highly interpersonal and results motivated. 

The small team who are all self-starters with an abundance of energy and enthusiasm deliver high quality conferences for the smart grid engineering community. The organisation set high standards and focus on building long term customer relationships to drive repeat business. 

The right candidate will be a powerful communicator who can convey complex information with enthusiasm and energy. This is a high-pressure and deadline driven role with a quick and steep learning curve, however the position is highly rewarding with endless growth opportunities!

The Role

  • Adapting the sales script to ensure effective delivery of delegate/exhibition sales targets
  • Account Management through utilising, updating, and expanding the database
  • Generating new business through researching and profiling companies
  • Productivity by making a minimum of 100 calls per day and 10 effective conversations
  • Provide weekly sale reports of all activities, forecasts, and results

Ideal Candidate

  • 2:1 Degree or higher in Engineering/Technology related subject
  • Minimum of 3 months B2B commercial work experience or internship
  • Confident telephone manner and strong rapport building
  • Articulate with excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Self-motivated with meticulous organisation skills

Location: London

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 + commission
