We currently have a number of positions for graduate Conference Producers and Technical Editors, ranging across a variety of sectors including but not limited to Biomedical and Life Sciences, Energy, Engineering, Finance and Economic Policy and Travel.
As a Conference Producer you will be responsible for researching and developing content for conference programmes. This involves desk-based research, talking to the key players in the sector to find out what the hot topics and key trends are. You will be intellectually rigorous, passionate about breaking new ground and will be able to grasp complex topics quickly.
You must be a confident communicator, as you will identify industry experts and invite them to speak at your conference.
You will manage your conference project to ensure it is delivered on time and to budget, working with the wider project team across marketing, sales and logistics management. You will be the main point of contact on-site at the conference managing key relationships with speakers.
We want to hear from exceptional graduates, with degrees in relevant subjects at 2.1 and above. Ideally you will also have some work experience, in a commercial business environment. You will be an analytical thinker with the ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
First class communication skills are a must, able to engage and lead stakeholders at all levels.

Our clients offer competitive starting salaries, ranging from £23-25k + profit share and bonus and a range of benefits including travel.
