Lils Collingwood - Owner / Director
Lils took over Albany Appointments in 2019 after managing the Events desk for over two years. As well as managing the business, she recruits for talented event professionals at various levels.
Lils spent two years teaching English as a foreign language across Europe before pursuing a career in Events. The vibrancy of the industry instantly resonated with her and she decided to pursue a degree in Events Management at the University of Greenwich before cutting her teeth in live event support and experiential marketing campaigns. She is passionate and knowledgeable about the industry and loves “match-making” between candidates and clients.
A self-confessed foodie, she loves trying new restaurants and considers herself an excellent home-chef cooking up exciting new recipes. She loves travelling and exploring new cultures and cuisines. She swears keeping fit with yoga and circuit training most days keeps her sane. And let’s not forget the bees – she has several beehives and has been a beekeeper for over 4 years!
- Federica Saba - Conference Production Consultant
After completing her degree in Foreign Language and Communications in 2013, Federica moved to London to complete her education, successfully achieving her MA in Anthropology and Cultural Politics from Goldsmiths University.
Since then, Federica has worked in the recruitment and events industry honing her skills and developing a consultative approach to clients and candidates. Federica’s role is on the Conference Production Desk and she recruits people from all levels including graduate students to senior management. She thrives in an industry where no two days are the same and loves to connect eager candidates with the right client!
When she’s not helping people find their perfect role in the events industry, she loves to cook at home or play video games in her downtime. When she’s feeling more adventurous, she can usually be found front and centre at the latest concert or hopping on a plane to visit a new exotic destination.
