Faye took ownership of Albany in 2005 after having worked in conference recruitment at Albany for five years. She decided to concentrate the business fully on the recruitment of event professionals and is still actively involved in recruiting candidates at various levels.

Lils spent two years teaching English as a foreign language across Europe, before deciding to work within Events. The vibrancy of the industry instantly resonated with her, and so she decided to pursue a degree in Events Management at the University of Greenwich, before working for two years in live event support and experiential marketing campaigns.  In search of a new fulfilling role within Events, Lils approached Albany, and we loved her so much, we didn’t let her leave! Now, she works on the Events desk, recruiting talented events professionals across the country.

As a massive foodie, she creates (self-nominated) award winning sandwiches, and exciting new recipes. She loves travelling and exploring new cultures – and let’s not forget the bee keeping!

  • Nisha Indran - Conference Production Recruitment Consultant

Nisha is a massive foodie and can usually be found cooking up a storm in the kitchen or exploring London’s hippest and hottest new spots! She also loves a fierce debate which stems from her enthusiasm for current affairs and politics which she studied at The University of Leicester. Therefore, it only felt right for Nisha to join our team and work on the Conference Production desk, recruiting talented producers and searching for new talent to work in production. 

Since discovering Albany, Nisha was impressed by our dedication to clients and personal approach to candidates. Nisha spent the past three years as a manager for an internationally renowned education firm working on everything from recruitment to events – But she’s fully consumed by wanderlust and usually in search of an adventure and better weather at any given opportunity!

  • Amely Simpson - Marketing Recruitment Consultant

Amely has recently moved from the breathtakingly beautiful beaches of Cornwall and is now pursuing her career as a Marketing Recruitment Consultant with Albany!  With a passion for travel and learning about different cultures around the world which inspired her to teach English as a foreign language to school children in Cambodia. 

After studying Human Geography at Leeds University, Amely worked at an estate agency and also has experience in hospitality. When Amely isn’t sourcing marketing extraordinaire’s by day - she’s exploring the sights of London on the weekend!
