Faye took ownership of Albany in 2005 after having worked in conference recruitment at Albany for five years. She decided to concentrate the business fully on the recruitment of event professionals and is still actively involved in recruiting candidates at various levels.
Leila Odish - Conference Production Recruitment Consultant
Leila started her career in exhibitions sales for The Careers Group, managing a team and selling exhibition space for graduate recruitment fairs. After three successful years, she took the opportunity to travel across South America, Australasia and Asia, fulfilling a love of exploring exotic and faraway lands.
Since 2010 she has been placing candidates, from graduate level to senior management, in production roles all over the UK and the world! Leila also manages the Albany team. She is knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic.
Lils Collingwood - Event Management Recruitment Consultant
Lils spent two years teaching English as a foreign language across Europe, before deciding to work within Events. The vibrancy of the industry instantly resonated with her, and so she decided to pursue a degree in Events Management at the University of Greenwich, before working for two years in live event support and experiential marketing campaigns. In search of a new fulfilling role within Events, Lils approached Albany, and we loved her so much, we didn’t let her leave! Now, she works on the Events desk, recruiting talented events professionals across the country.
